Get Dressed Checklist
How can you get
organized and pull together clothes that look like . . . . . you
feel great about yourself?
- The first decision is color. Go look
in your closet. What color do you want to wear tomorrow
to work or play in? Choose the color.
- Begin at your feet and work to the top
of your head. Picking the pieces to fit into your color
scheme. When you are tired, frustrated, or sick of your
clothes, this will help you get dressed.
- Bottom Piece:
Now you have just mentally checked off
everything, you can go to bed, relax, get up in the morning with
some of the pressure of the day off of you. It can be a very
secure feeling to have this in place. I do this mentally
everyday. Once you get the practice, you will like the results.
