PLAY-TIME
Copy some small block drawings to play with as you begin creating your quilt squares. Have fun discovering the various ways one design can be manipulated. I encourage you to experiment! Kids seem to really enjoy this part of the design process too - time to get out those crayons and markers and make it a family affair.

Get the idea? It takes four of the 6" blocks to make a finished 12" block. Simply cut out your copies of the squares and begin arranging them in various configurations. Don't be too concerned about marching the lines exactly - life's too short! Here are some examples to get your creative juices flowing. These blocks are ready for you to color.
Although more quilt square patterns will be featured in future newsletters, you can get the full set of 13 by ordering your book, "It's About Time !" directly from Of My Hands.
