Using Polar Fleece, Fleece, Berber etc., cut a 12" x 60" rectangle. Use either a straight blade rotary cutter or wavy blade in you rotary cutter. The wavy blade gives it a neat look.
Fold rectangle in half. From the cut end, cut fringe using the rotary cutter. Cut both layers at one time. Cut from the cut end approximately 4" long, 1/4" wide.
Now you have a quick and easy neck scarf without having to sew one stitch.
Experiment with the width and length of the rectangle to make it fit your needs. These are just basic instructions.
