Materials:
4" X 12" piece of heavy weight fabric such as Denim, Canvas, Cordura 500, Vinyl or Faux Leather.
6" piece of 1" nylon webbing
Sewing Instructions:
Step 1: Sew a 1/4" twice turned hem along both short ends of the fabric (figure 1a)
Step 2: Cut a 6" piece of webbing & singe the ends with a match. Fold it in half crosswise to form a belt loop, then center it on one of the short ends & stitch it in place reinforcing the end with a box with an "X" through it (figure 2a).
Step 3: With right sides facing each other, fold the fabric in half matching the hemmed ends & sew the side seams using 1/4" seam allowance (figure 3a). Now, pull the bottom corner out, lining the seam up with the center of the bottom, and sew across the point 1" in from the tip (figure 3b). Turn it right sides out & you are finished with the holster.
Put your phone holster on a belt & that's all there is to it! Now you can carry your cordless phone or cell phone securely wherever you go.
